Bluebell Bar

This ambitious project features the design and development of a two-story mixed-use building, integrating a vibrant commercial component, the 'Bluebell Bar', on the ground floor with a cozy, inviting residential unit above. Leveraging the capabilities of Autodesk's REVIT software, the project navigates the complexities of planning and development, transforming initial concepts into a tangible, functional structure. It required a deep understanding of architectural principles and a keen eye for balancing commercial vibrancy with residential tranquility.

The undertaking was a comprehensive exploration of computer-aided design, challenging the application of 2-D and 3-D drawing skills to create detailed, accurate representations of interior spaces. A complete set of construction drawings was produced, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details, complemented by realistic 3-dimensional perspectives and renderings that bring the envisioned space to life. This project highlights proficiency in REVIT, showcasing the ability to use technology in the design process to achieve precise, aesthetically pleasing, and practical design solutions.
